Terms of use
Last updated 23 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the teamwear.ai design chat (the "service"). The service is run by [company legal name], [registered address, company number] ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to these terms.
1. Access
You can only use the service by invitation, with an account we have set up for you. Keep your password private. You are responsible for anything done while you are signed in. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
2. The AI assistant
An AI model runs the conversation. It takes products, colours and prices from our catalogue, but it can make mistakes. Its replies are not an offer or a quote. Check your design, text, sizes and quantities yourself. The order summary and price at checkout are the ones that count.
3. What you upload
- You must only upload logos, crests, photos and text that you own or have permission to use. You must also have permission to show them on clothing.
- You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, copy, change and reproduce what you upload. We use this licence only to design, preview, make and deliver your kit and to run the service.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or privacy. We may refuse to make a design that does.
- If a photo you upload shows other people, you must have their consent.
4. Designs
Your logos and text stay yours. The garment templates, design styles, and our software and studio belong to us or our licensors. Previews, including "how it might look in real life" try-on images, are illustrations. Printed colours and placement may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
5. Orders
Orders, payment, delivery, returns and shop (microshop) sales come under the terms shown at checkout. If those terms conflict with these ones, the checkout terms apply to your order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse the service. For example, do not try to get around sign-in, overload the service, scrape it, or use the assistant for anything unrelated to designing and ordering kit.
7. Availability and liability
We provide the service "as is". We try to keep it available and correct but cannot promise it will always be either. The law does not let us limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, so we do not. Apart from that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for using the design chat is limited to [amount]. Liability for an order is covered by the checkout terms.
8. Your data
Our Privacy & cookies notice explains how we use your personal data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will tell you in the service. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply to you.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
